After payment confirmation, your order enters the production process.

The production time is up to 10 (ten) business days.

Shipping and Delivery Time

After production is complete, the order is shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery time: 5 to 15 business days, which may vary depending on the location, carrier, and any external factors (strikes, promotional periods, weather conditions, among others).

Order Tracking

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow all stages of delivery.

Incorrectly provided addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
